Alzheimer’s or memory care - (Alz.) Specialize in caring for people who need a secure environment and dementia care, In addition to offering skilled nursing - $5000/mo and up.
Nursing homes (NHs) offer care to people who cannot be cared for at home or in the community. They provide skilled nursing care, rehabilitation services, meals, activities, help with daily living, and supervision. - Medicare, short-term, Medicaid long-term - Private pay: $5000/mo and up.
