Hospice care can dramatically and positively impact your loved one’s quality of life by managing pain and other symptoms of illness. Hospice also improves the family/caregiver’s lives by having someone that they can lean on, seek guidance from, and receive much needed support.

End of Life Options New Mexico
End of Life Options New Mexico (EOLONM) is a new non-profit corporation whose mission is provide information and support for all end-of-life options, including medical aid in dying. Our website has information about our new law to help folks understand what is medical aid in dying, who is eligible, what is the process, how can I find agencies and clinicians that will provide medical aid in dying, etc. EOLONM provides a system of trained volunteers to assist communities, individuals and families with their advance care planning, help navigate the care system including palliative care and hospice, understand their end-of-life options and assist at the end of life if requested. Presbyterian Home Health and Hospice
Presbyterian Home Healthcare and Hospice of Northern New Mexico provides services for patients who either need, or are more comfortable, receiving care at their home. These services include home healthcare and hospice.
Our home healthcare program is designed for patients who need consistent medical care, but not the 24-hour monitoring of a hospital or nursing home. While many of our patients are seniors, home healthcare can also benefit people of all ages who are recovering from surgery or have experienced a hospitalization for severe illness.
Our hospice care program provides compassionate care with physical, emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families when curative measures are no longer the best option. Hospice services can often start much sooner than expected and are not limited to the final days of life, so please call us to discuss options.
