Anvoi Hospice Care

Anvoi has been providing hospice care since 2013 with over 100 years of accumulated experience. Anvoi believes that hospice is not ‘one size fits all’ – call us today to discuss a personalized plan of care for you or your loved one.

Hospice care can dramatically and positively impact your loved one’s quality of life by managing pain and other symptoms of illness. Hospice also improves the family/caregiver’s lives by having someone that they can lean on, seek guidance from, and receive much needed support.

End of Life Options New Mexico

End of Life Options New Mexico (EOLONM) is a new non-profit corporation whose mission is provide information and support for all end-of-life options, including medical aid in dying. It was formed to assist the implementation of the Elizabeth Whitefield End-of-Life Options Act which authorized the practice of medical aid in dying in New Mexico effective June 18, 2021.

Our website has information about our new law to help folks understand what is medical aid in dying, who is eligible, what is the process, how can I find agencies and clinicians that will provide medical aid in dying, etc. EOLONM provides a system of trained volunteers to assist communities, individuals and families with their advance care planning, help navigate the care system including palliative care and hospice, understand their end-of-life options and assist at the end of life if requested. Questions, requests for information or assistance, or donations can all be submitted through our website or by calling our “warm” line and leaving a message as to how we can be of assistance.

Presbyterian Home Health and Hospice

Presbyterian Home Healthcare and Hospice of Northern New Mexico provides services for patients who either need, or are more comfortable, receiving care at their home. These services include home healthcare and hospice.

Our home healthcare program is designed for patients who need consistent medical care, but not the 24-hour monitoring of a hospital or nursing home. While many of our patients are seniors, home healthcare can also benefit people of all ages who are recovering from surgery or have experienced a hospitalization for severe illness.

Our hospice care program provides compassionate care with physical, emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families when curative measures are no longer the best option. Hospice services can often start much sooner than expected and are not limited to the final days of life, so please call us to discuss options.
