“NORMAL/ NOT NORMAL AGING”

Have you ever worried about having dementia? Laura Hendrie, who has worked with people living with dementia for more than 20 years, will host a 2-hour workshop called “Normal Aging/Not Normal Aging”. Using PAC (Positive Approach Care) training to examine the difference between “normal” and “not normal” aging, we’ll watch some videos, do some role-playing, discuss typical issues that can occur in the progression of dementia and try several hands-on partnering techniques that can vastly improve our understanding of and our relationships with those living with dementia.
This workshop is FREE and open to the public.
