If you’re caring for someone living with dementia, who’s caring for you?
Back by Popular Demand: LAURA HENDRIE, an Independent Certified Teepa Snow PAC Trainer will explore how easily caregivers can expand the way we care for others into improving the way we care for ourselves.  This talk was originally given in October at the SFCC Education Day.  It is a fun,  simple exercise to increase our self-awareness as caregivers.
